Dealing with small business support is hell in itself. You get people in India that can't understand you speak, then you find that notes were not put in your last call, then you get an angry person who just does not want to deal with you. Pretty soon, you find out you have spent 6 hours dealing with an issue that should not exist.Go buy a Zyxel or other product that works the way it should....
